1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dizzzign ("the Engine"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the WebGL mockup generator software.

2. Ownership of Graphic Artwork & Exported Mockups

• Your Content: You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all graphic designs, logos, typography, vector artwork, and custom images uploaded into the generator.
• Commercial Usage: All exported PNG mockup images generated by Dizzzign can be used freely for commercial purposes, including Etsy product listings, Shopify stores, Amazon Merch listings, promotional catalogs, social media ads, and digital portfolios.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Dizzzign to:

• Upload trademarked, copyrighted, or illegal content for which you do not possess legal authorization or ownership.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client-side WebGL displacement shader engine for malicious redistribution.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dizzzign is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While our client-side WebGL engine is optimized for 60 FPS performance across modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), overall performance depends on the user's local device graphics hardware.
